Start of Story Arc 1: The Next War
Needleman addresses the world about the heightened aggression from the Rebellion
and the seizing of cities across the globe, including those ruined by Nuclear Weapons
during the Third World War.
The Congress passes a resolution to build a fleet of 3 interstellar exploration ships by
2219 to fulfill Needleman's promise of finding and landing on another Earth-like world
by the end of 2220.
Quarter 2(7/8/09)
Life proceeds regularly, with no major actions by either the Rebellion or the C.R.U.
Quarter 3(7/15/09)
Needleman unveils Omega, a Reploid warmachine that is five times more powerful
than even himself.
Needleman launches an assault on the Solomon Islands with multiple thousands of
troops, and successfully infiltrates the base only to find the data banks stored there
had been wiped cleaned an downloaded into Swordman. He is then beamed into a
secret room in the base an discovers a Reploid. Details of this discovery are
unavailable. A massive war machine, constructed by the Rebellion, also does extreme
damage to the C.R.U. forces; but is taken down by the skill and power of Neo X.
During the battle, which progressed as a fairly evenly matched battle, Swordman
orders the recently unveiled Ion Cannons, which act like plasma-firing Rail Guns, to
open fire on Omega and Needleman, who was inside the base at the time. The attacks
level the Rebellion base, but Needleman's fate is unknown to the Rebellion. And his
body was never recovered from the wreckage that was the base.
Quarter 4(7/22/09)
Horrifically powerful mechanloid soldiers go insane in five cities across the globe: San
Francisco, Christchurch, Rome, Addis Ababa, and Washington D.C. The R.A.T.S. are
dispatched within an hour.
Fighting off the mechanaloids due to their incredibly power proves ineffective for
standard military, and most of the Maverick Hunters. Even those who are vastly more
powerful than the super soldiers are unable to dent their numbers easily due to their
ability to convert defeated enemies into one of them.
The mechanloids steal six five Megaton nuclear warheads from the cities, cracking the
security in seconds.
After discovering that the mechanaloids are all connected by a wireless signal from a
single source, Devilbat Schilt attempts to follow the connection back the other way. In
the moment in he attempted this the mechanaloids dropped dead, projecting
holographic screens where a man named Doctor Izoc introduced himself, his
organization of the Algoloids, and their intention to usurp current global leadership
and replace it with their evolved Algoloids. All nuclear warheads, except one with the
Maverick Hunter Blivia Truhart, have been recovered at this point.
Blivia Truhart has been attacked by the time-bending Rebel, Cyro, in an attempt to
acquire the security-less warhead. Cyro eventually succeeds, despite the intervention
of the Hunter known as Dove Harlien, and warps out to Christchurch.
Year 2216

The cities hit by the Super Mavericks recover quickly due to the economic might of the
C.R.U., except for Syndey which is still under Rebel control. Beyond that there are no
major events beyond that, except for the continued hunt of Swordman by both C.R.U.
and Rebel officials, due to him still having the entire database downloaded into his
body.
February(8/9/09)
Devilbat Schilt confronts Swordman with an army of 24 Pantheon Aces, and demands
that he surrender the Rebel Database. Swordman refuses and engages both Devilbat
and the Aces, killing all but one. Devilbat and Swordman deal a mortal wound to each
other simultaneously, and both die in a fiery, micro-nuclear explosion. Only
Swordman's hard head survives, partially intact. This is then taken to Anchorage.
Needleman arrives in Anchorage to retrieve Swordman's skull, and simultaneously
fires the half-ressurrect Devilbat Schilt from his positon due to his inability to handle a
weak Rebel Official such as Swordman, and for wasting 23 perfectly good Pantheon
Aces. The new governor of the Arctic Reploid Union will be decided in March, and the
government will be run entirely by the Congress for the dominion.

Devilbat Schilt is replaced by Arashi, a wealthy politician and business man from
Juneau, Alaska.
Various minor Rebel Bases across the globe fall to CRU forces as they desperately
hunt for any hint of Algoloid technology.
It is confirmed that Megaman X, acting leader of the Rebellion, has received an offer
from the Algoloids that all Rebels will be upgraded to Algoloid strength if they were to
join forces. Despite various threats by Needleman, X has been reported to be
considering the option.
April(8/23/09)
Shinzo and Dalis make themselves known to all of San Francisco by mercilessly
slaughtering an entire military division full of Pantheon units in a base outside of San
Francisco. Another, even more powerful Algoloid was reported to be on the scene with
them. Needleman subsequently condemned the attacks and promised retaliation
against the Algoloid menace.

Botmania registration goes public, and the positions are filled in the space of a day.
Shinzo and Dalis remain unactive for the entire month, the C.R.U. incapable of
locating them.
June(9/6/09) - August(9/20/09)
The world remains largely quiet except for the hustle and bustle of Botmania
preparation. The Algoloids are also perfectly silent, no activity being seen of them all
over the globe.
September(9/27/09)
Botmania VII begins as quite a spectacle with Needleman's grand opening speech and
the great first match. Round 1 proceeds with many upsets and controversies, and the
tournament had only just gotten started. The first round brackets are visible here.
