from all of the greatest Reploids in history. This became known
as Project Neo.
With the unity of the greatest robotic minds in the world,
including the reluctant assistance of Dr. Light, the project got off
to a fast start. Data was collected from the best Reploids in the
world by means of microscopic nanobots that tracked down
targets like Megaman X, Fefnir, and Zero to collect detailed
scans of their bodies and designs. Even Wily’s mind-control
programs were recovered from the now CRU-loyal Bass.
Production went rapidly on this single Reploid, his entire body
carefully and precisely designed, even an entire set of armor
created specifically for him.
When he was finished, the Reploid looked, in his non-armored
form, a lot like X, who’s body design was deemed the most
versatile. As such, he became known as Neo X.
His skills encompass all sorts of combat scenarios, being
prepared for every imaginable situation. He is also a skilled
governor, designed also to become the replacement for
Needleman should he ever be permanently destroyed.
In the subsequent years, Neo X underwent intense testing and
training, furthering his power and skill. His loyalty programming
proved 100% effective and his combat skill was unmatched.
He was perfect.
As of 2215, Neo X serves as the leader of the Robot Attack
Tactics Squad and Vice Chancellor of the Complete Reploid
