Created in 2195, shortly before the Reploid Rebellion, by a
Icelandic Robotics Expert Erich Keinersson. Keinersson was
charged with creating a line of War-Reploids for whatever
country or private faction would pay him. He created the Recon
line "Perrsk Rorrika Kenesek" or "Professional
Reconnaissance Intelligence." PRK for short.

After many failed attempts at this prestigious line, he finally
created, on the edge of his sanity, the Terz-Xavier model 44 of
this line. A masterpiece, in early 2195. Unnamed, he was about
to sell it before the tensions broke out into Reploid Rebellions.
Fearing the same, he shut down every reploid he had, losing
whatever sanity he had left. PRK-TzX44 was not even given a
chance.

But this would not be so forever.

In 2207, a passer-by entered the remains of Keinersson's
house, and adversely his laboratory. In the construction area,
still shiny and standing lay PRK-TzX44. Unable to resist, the
civilian "accidentally" activated him, bringing him a sudden surge
of reality. With remnants of programming controlling PRK, he
duped and sent the civilian away, quietly rejoicing his coming to
life.
He remained in the lab, learning of his creation and creator,
examining the other broken and fried reploids that looked much
like his model. Some had names, some didn't.

PRK studies the wars going on, what could be done, and how he
could fit in.

WWIII wouldn't directly be his problem, let the rulers do the
ruling. However, said rulers have money and power. And quite a
bit of said money and power was just dangling for PRK to take.
The Old Armies of the last great World War were defeated, sure,
but there was still the hate. There was still the drive.
Hate and drive only count for so much.

The CRU, however, had structure, money, power, completeness.

Nearly.

They would need a Special Operations and Intelligence Agency.
Everyone did. Perhaps, ponders PRK, I can carry out my
function after all.
With that, PRK enters himself into the CRU in Reykjavik, Iceland.
