long after it rose and quickly became a high-ranking
officer in the military, leading the invasion of Canada.
Although not as good of a commander as Needleman
or Kraft, Phantom successfully conquered Canada.
Despite not being a tactical genius, Phantom did prove
himself an adept fighter.
Soon after the fall of Southern Canada, Phantom
vanished for largely unknown reasons. He was later
found by Needleman in an underground facility, forming
a rebellion organization. Needleman quickly dispatched
with Phantom and destroyed the facility, killing
everyone inside.
Sometime during the time frame between that event
and the formation of RATS, Needleman had him rebuilt,
his rebellious nature “removed” from him. Once rebuilt,
Phantom continued his training, quickly becoming one
of the best fighters in the world and an expert assassin
and stealth fighter. With the formation of the Robot
Attack Tactics Squad, Phantom returned to the public
spotlight by being one of the founding members.
Now Phantom works loyally as the lead assassin for the
Complete Reploid Union, and one of the four members
of RATS.
