History in a Nutshell
The Rebellion was founded by Fefnir in the Solomon Islands, where it is
headquartered in a large underground complex. It was created when the CRU
developed the Burst Limit Enhancer. After this Fefnir left the rapidly growing
Rebellion in the care of Megaman X to go and battle Needleman, this being the
last anyone had heard of him.
Now the Rebellion controls cities and city ruins across the globe, determined to
fight against Needleman and the government he raised through genocide and
nuclear destruction.
Leadership
Despite being an outlaw resistance organization, it has a solid and simple
leadership structure with Megaman X at the top. Below him are various field
officers and squad commanders, along with other managers who act like
secretaries the field officers and squad leaders report back to.
Guerrillas
Rebellion Guerrilla bands exist across the globe, fighting against CRU military
and doing hit-and-run strikes against other important targets within the CRU.
Each band is run by a Squad Leader who reports back to Leadership on his
band’s activities. The standard fighter in here isn’t usually that terribly
experienced, relying on their Squad Leader to stay alive.
The top commander here is Zero.
Special Ops
The skilled fighters in the Rebellion. They fight in teams and usually go head-to-
head with the Maverick Hunters and strike against high-priority targets. They are
led by Anubis himself.
Elite Strike Force
Made up of Fefnir, Megaman X, Anubis, Zero, and The Skiver, the Elite Strike
Force encompasses the best the Rebellion has. Their top five fighters go on top-
priority missions and fight against the CRU response the ESF, the Robot Attack
Tactics Squad.
