Botmania VII. His adept political skill was quickly recognized
by Fefnir and allowed The Skiver to rise in rank rapidly and
was Fefnir’s first choice for leadership of the Desert Claw
when Megaman X stepped down. The Skiver led it well, and
was the voice and symbol for hope during World War III.
When the Western Reploid Union had nuked Desert Claw
forces in Jerusalem, The Skiver himself took to the battle,
fighting back to back with the men and women of the
Arabian Peninsula.
Alas, it was not to be. After the peace treaty was signed,
Fefnir ordered The Skiver to leave for the Solomon Islands
where he readily accepted Fefnir’s invitation to help found
the Rebellion. Skiver now serves as leadership role in the
Rebellion, being the manager in charge of all of the
Guerrilla bands worldwide.
